Ryan Leahy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Armor Construction Services, Inc. overseeing all of the company’s operations. He’s a leader focused on developing talent, exceeding client expectations, and staying true to the company’s core values.  Ryan created Armor Construction Services, Inc. in 2016 with his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Mecrae, by his side.  He continues to pursue his vision of creating an industry leading organization focused on providing exceptional service at a competitive price.

Having nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Ryan has managed over $500 million in public and private sector projects. His progressive career includes both new construction and renovation, resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the design and construction processes. Some of the prestigious and award-winning projects comprising Ryan’s portfolio include: Mission Creek Village, Travis Air Force Base Military Housing Privatization, Vandenberg Air Force Base Military Housing Privatization, Edna Maguire Elementary School, and a capital improvement program at San Jose State University. Both air force base projects were honored with awards from the Association of Defense Communities, Travis in 2009 and Vandenberg in 2011.  

Ryan possesses an M.B.A. specializing in Real Estate Development from Marylhurst University- 2013, and a B.A. specializing in Art Education from Edinboro University- 2003. Ryan is a licensed general contractor in California and a member of the Construction Management Association of America.
