The Project Administrator assists and supports the project team and is responsible for general administrative duties. The position works under direct supervision and performs routine daily administrative activities. This individual must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, communication, and client service skills.
Major Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Perform general administrative duties such as typing, keeping meeting minutes, and filing
- Supports the project team
- Supports project set up and maintenance in applicable software
- Works with project team tracking invoices and payment
- Works with internal clients including project team members, IT, and accounting
Job Skills & Abilities:
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Adaptable to new technologies and computer software
- Broad understanding of the construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Dependable
- Good time management and organizational skills
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Junior college or vocational education desired
